I’m going to do it.
After noticing that I am a stress eater and have been very stressed the past semester, I’m starting to work out. No, this is not a New Year’s Resolution (I hate that it coincides with that.) Instead it’s a “I’m finally going to feel confident while wearing a swimsuit” and a “I want to not breathe heavily while walking up the hill.” It’s also a “I think it’s about time that I start some positive habits” sort of thing.
I figure that Winterim is a good time to start. Wish me luck. I’ll keep you updated.
